  • • Multi-stream blending system for Refineries
  • • Intercontinental gas transportation systems using highly sophisticated magnetic bearings initially developed by Sussex University
  • • Subsea technology - increasing the yield from deepwater fields
  • • New Technology used in Trident Nuclear Submarine programme and nuclear power stations
  • • Owned and operated a highly technical engineering company, commercialising a number of challenging products
  • • Managing R&D programmes at Cranfield University along with test programmes at the TUV NEL Laboratory (National Engineering Laboratory)

Radim A. Kolarsky (Director)
  • • 30 years of global upstream experience, focused mainly on Africa and Asia
  • • Trained by Texaco and Shell in the U.S., owned and operated a worldwide U.S.-based E&P consultancy from 1999 to 2015
  • • Proven hands-on oil finder with a solid track record in exploration, appraisal and development, including onshore and offshore Nigeria
  • • Geoscientist by training, experienced across the entire upstream spectrum, from regional exploration to field appraisal and full field development, including drilling and production facilities
  • • Business-minded approach to problem-solving, translating advanced technology applications to bottom-line results
Alan Morton (Director)
  • • Over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry including UK North Sea and Africa
  • • Managing large projects & multi-skilled construction teams (onshore & offshore) during Green Field development & Brownfield Plant project campaigns. Management of O&M teams with HUC, shutdown preparation & safe start-up experience. Extensive multi-company & multi cultural experience in the mining, marine, upstream & midstream oil & gas Industry (onshore & offshore)
  • in the UK/overseas with particular experience managing projects in Africa.
  • • Extensive experience in managing field operations including construction, production, fiscal metering, drilling and seismic operations

Laitan Eyiowuawi (Company Secretary)
  • • Alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University (Nigeria) and the University of Nottingham (UK) with specialisation in international commercial law
  • • Holds dual qualifications in England and Nigeria as a solicitor with over 21 years experience
  • • Previously a leading member of the team which advised a part state-owned bank in the respective divestments of the shares of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and National Petroleum Development Corporation (NPDC) in the bank
  • • Long track record of advising Nigerian oil and gas operators in asset acquisitions and divestitures
  • • Advised NNPC in the review of its pension obligations in light of sweeping new national pension legislation in Nigeria
  • • Member of a team that negotiated an unprecedented cross-border oil spill litigation culminating in the direct payment of compensation to the victims in the Niger Delta
  • • Ongoing engagements in the Nigerian oil and gas industry as an adviser to local operators in relation to statutory obligations
